Due to the handcrafted nature of Mercedes Alexis Designs and Golden Amrit, all sales are final. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is a problem with your order, please immediately contact MercedesAlexisDesigns@gmail. That way we can evaluate the concern and make it right. The resolution window closes 72 hours after delivery.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom pieces are made to order and subject to Mercedes Alexis' approval. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation before delivery. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders. 

SPECIAL ORDERS/REQUESTS

Due to the unique and personalized nature of special orders/requests, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
